Not as described and not clean. Does not have 3 bedrooms or laundry.

Unique and fun place...
Loved the property and location. Easy check-in and quick walk to boulevard and bars/restaurants. No HVAC and solar water heat may be an issue for some but we didn't have any issue with it at all. Other than that I would recommend this property to all.
